Your responsibilities
Help shape the employee benefits of the future – To strengthen our team in Hasselt, we are currently looking for a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
Your responsibilities in detail
As a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d), you will support our users with all questions relating to the respective benefits portal and the offers listed on it. You will independently process user enquiries via a ticket system and by telephone, using a variety of softwares.
