Your responsibilities

Help shape the employee benefits of the future – To strengthen our team in Hasselt, we are currently looking for a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).

Your responsibilities in detail

As a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d), you will support our users with all questions relating to the respective benefits portal and the offers listed on it. You will independently process user enquiries via a ticket system and by telephone, using a variety of softwares.

Your profile

  • You have professional experience in customer service or support
  • You have basic knowledge of data protection/GDPR
  • You have high standards for your work and stay friendly and professional even when things get hectic
  • You are confident in using common PC and Internet applications and have a good understanding of technology
  • You are characterized by good organization, a structured way of working, and reliability
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You are excellent in dutch no matter if written or spoken and good at French and English
